From its roots in real estate, the Group has grown into a multi-sector organization with interests in education, technology, creative services, consultancy, and real estate solutions.
The Group draws its inspiration from the vision and entrepreneurial journey of its founder, Mr. R.K. Hooda, who began his career in the real estate industry in 2000. Guided by his vision of delivering quality homes and providing quality education, 11 residential townships in Gurugram and two K–12 schools in his hometown of Rohtak were established under his leadership. His unwavering commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction laid the foundation for the values that continue to guide TLS Group today.
Today, under the leadership of Mr. R.K. Hooda and Mr. Mayank Karan Hooda, TLS Group carries this legacy forward by building businesses that create lasting value through innovation, excellence, and a customer-centric approach.

TLS Group was founded by Mr. R.K. Hooda with a vision to create enduring value through trust, quality, innovation, and sustainable growth. With over 45 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, including 25 years in leadership roles with renowned multinational corporations in Gurugram, he has built a legacy founded on integrity, excellence, and long-term relationships.
In the year 2000, Mr. Hooda ventured into the real estate sector and was among the early pioneers to introduce the concept of high-rise residential developments in Gurugram. His corporate expertise and commitment to ethical business practices have shaped TLS Group into an organization known for transparency, quality, and customer-centricity.
Under his leadership, more than 500 homes have been successfully delivered, earning the confidence of homeowners, investors, and business partners alike. His unwavering focus on superior construction quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction continues to be the cornerstone of the Group's success.
Education has always been another cornerstone of Mr. Hooda's vision. Inspired by his family's nearly century-old legacy in education, he established TLS International School in 2012 with the mission of providing holistic, value-based education that nurtures academic excellence, character, and future-ready leaders.

Since 2006, Mr. Mayank Karan Hooda, Managing Director of TLS Group, has been at the forefront of transforming the Group into a modern, diversified enterprise while carrying forward the vision and values established by its founder. Combining the legacy of trust with a forward-looking approach, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Group's presence across real estate, education, technology, consultancy, and creative services.
An Engineer and a Law Graduate, Mr. Hooda brings together technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of governance to every aspect of the business. His multidisciplinary perspective has enabled TLS Group to embrace innovation while maintaining the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and operational excellence.
As Managing Director, he oversees the Group's day-to-day operations, strategic planning, business expansion, and organizational development. His leadership is driven by a commitment to building sustainable businesses, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and creating long-term value for customers, employees, partners, and communities.
Mr. Hooda firmly believes that enduring success is achieved not only through growth but through purpose.
